The Wedding
The wedding ceremony will be held Saturday evening at the St. Constantine Church in Preveza. Bus transportation will be provided from the Margarona hotel (it's just a 5 minute drive to the church). The ceremony will last about 45 minutes and is filled with many symbols and traditions...for those of you who have never been to a Greek Orthodox wedding, click on "Wedding Traditions" below for a tutorial! Following the ceremony, buses will bring everyone back to the Margarona hotel for the cocktail hour and reception...be prepared to dance the night away!
Because the ceremony is not until the evening, you'll have Saturday free to lounge by the hotel pool, sleep off your hangover from the Glendi, go to the beach, or take a 5-minute taxi ride into Preveza town for sightseeing and shopping.
